Our History

My name is Jacob Kalu and I've been djing since the summer of 2009. I started out small djing for pool parties and birthdays, but over the years I have significantly grown my business. Now, my main focus is weddings, however, I still love a good party. I own all of my equipment which allows me to keep my prices at a reasonable rate. Instead of using set playlists, I focus on the atmosphere and the guests at the event and mix my music in a way to keep everyone out on the dance floor. Kalu Records & Entertainment has been djing in the Upstate SC for over 15 years and plans to keep "Entertainment at its Finest!"
